In 2023, Berger Paints Pakistan sought to enhance its online presence by increasing brand awareness, building an engaged community, and driving more traffic to its website. I played a dual role, where I managed the social media strategy, content creation, and customer engagement while also contributing to SEO optimization.

  • Optimized Social Media Management: I revamped social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging. This included improving visuals, bios, and keywords to better align with the company’s identity and improve search visibility.

  • Content Development & Execution: From impactful visuals and copy to multimedia production, I developed posts that showcased the company’s expertise and quality. Promoted product pages, and special promotions to drive traffic.

  • Customer Support Integration: Managed timely responses to customer inquiries on social media, resolving issues and boosting satisfaction.

  • SEO & Website Optimization: While managing social media, I also optimized the website for SEO, using keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.

  • Analytics & Continuous Optimization: I tracked KPIs and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to assess reach, engagement, and conversions. These insights allowed me to:

Tick Tock Clocks, a UK-based clock retailer, aimed to improve its search engine ranking for the competitive keyword “clocks” in the UK market

Objective:

  • Rank higher for the keyword “clocks” in the UK, improving search visibility and attracting more targeted traffic.

  • Optimize SEO performance to secure a competitive edge against major clock retailers.

Challenges:

  • The keyword “clocks” is highly competitive, dominated by large, established retailers.

  • Tick Tock Clocks had a decent online presence but wasn’t ranking within the top positions for high-volume search terms.

SEO Strategies Implemented:

Comprehensive Keyword Research: We conducted in-depth keyword analysis, identifying variations and long-tail keywords related to specific clock types that had less competition but high intent.

  • On-Page SEO Optimization:

  • Updated meta titles and descriptions with primary and secondary keywords, focusing on “clocks” and relevant long-tail variations.

  • Improved product descriptions and category pages to include more keyword-rich, valuable content. Ensured proper use of H1, H2 tags, and internal linking to strengthen page authority.

Results:

Rankings Improved: Within six months, Tick Tock Clocks significantly improved its search engine ranking for the keyword “clocks” in the UK. While not yet in the top position, it ranked consistently higher on the first page, driving more traffic.
